All images to be found on Botanicon.com website are Rights Managed.
The fee of a Rights Managed image is based on several factors. To obtain
a price quote, please fill out and submit the pricing form (click "Price"
icon under thumbnailed images) and our Customer Service will contact you
by e-mail asap.
All prices are in Euros.
ordering images
Once the price has been agreed, you can order a high-res image by filling
out, print, sign and fax the purchase form to us.

methods of payment
We accept the following methods of payment (credit card payment is preferable):
- Credit card. Payment will be accepted on an approved credit card account
(Master Card or VISA). Please fill in the purchase form by supplying the
card type, cardholder's name, credit card account number and expiration
date.

- Bank Wire Transfer. If you prefer
to pay by bank wire transfer, please fill out the purchase form with the
instructions and bank routing numbers and fax us the receipt of your payment.
- Business account charging (for editorial clients only): in accordance
with payment terms previously established. To request a business account,
please fill out the request form (Milestone Media Srl reserves its right to
approve the business account at its total discretion).

Invoicing
Invoicing is done by e-mail and no paper statements will be sent. If you
need a pro forma invoice, after making the order, please send an e-mail
to info@botanicon.com asking for it. Your pro forma invoice will be sent
by e-mail to your accounting department for a wire transfer to cover your
order.
Delivery timing
High-res images will be sent within 1 to 4 hours during office opening hours
in Italy: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6.00pm (Local time: GMT +1) after receiving
the purchase form with your credit card information or the receipt of your
payment in case of Bank Wire Transfers.
